I agree. It gives me goosebumps and for some unknown reason provokes a heavy sense of nostalgia to the past for me and the family I’ve lost, it’s makes me happy and sad and that’s why I love it. It’s hopeful yet desperate much like 1945 Germany. I hope we get a new BF game that kept everything good about battlefield 3, 4, 1, and 5 such as the last tiger. Especially after the Disaster of BF2042 which is insulting compared to the last tiger. I did not play this game at launch. I thought it was going to be bad based of what my friends had told me. But I wish I did so I could of experienced this war story sooner.

This is the most realistic story of BF5... The desperation of the german situation and the elite fighting to the death. Destroying dozens of enemies only to eventually fall. It's a true tragedy.

The boss battle in the end is just engaging with the Twisted Steel end of round music...this war story is the best 8/10 The ending is just...manly tears are shed

When ever I hear the end music it makes me feel more human, it reminds me what soldier had to go through on both sides, it reminds of their Duty, Valor, and Sacrifice. There are no bad sides in war only soldiers fighting for their country because of the will of their corrupted governments.

If my memory serves me correctly, near the end of the war I think most German soldiers tried to escape and flee and also surrender to the Allied forces.

I think it's the most emotionally moving part. Makes me think of a German soldier pulling himself from the rubble of his home only to see it abandoned by it's government. That moment where one knows no matter how hard they fight, they will still lose.

My gramps was a 15 year old german soldier or better Volkssturm during ww2 he rencently died from lung and kidney cancer but when he saw this mission he was actually sad because he could see his generstion in hartmann and schröder he admits he was both at one point in time but he lost his friend because he wanted to go to his mother so the ss shot him infront of the entire division .His generation is currently dying they can no longer protect us from war .
