How do they stretch? I have La Sportiva Python 42. What size would you recommend?

Does the heel feel more snug than solutions? I feel like the heel on my solutions isn't snug enough. I have really narrow heels too! Evolv shaman heel feels more snug but the toe box is too tight for me. :(
