This is one Dance Practice that I wasn't expecting Jeff to react to. But damn boi. The girl with purple hair is Rosé, she's the main vocalist in BP. Also you spoke about all the things I noticed in the mv and dance practice which the other reactors haven't spoken about!

Blackpink is my gg ult but they’re not really known for their dancing (w the exception of Lisa and maybe rosé, the purple hair) also Lisa the main dancer has a shoulder injury and Jennie (the one with the blonde strips) actually has an injured ankle (she was in like walking sticks a week before the comeback lol) if I’m not mistaken.

@@sarmar626 i wouldn't say unique, but it's not that common to find female idols with that deep husky voice (like G-idle's Yuqi too) cause u know the stereotype is female vocalists with high-pitch voice and a high register; so, i wouldn't say unique, cause we've seen it elsewhere, but it's kinda rare indeed.

Each member of blackpink have their own movement when they dancing, lisa is like powerfull, rose is more like sexy, her wave is so beautiful, jennie and jisoo have her own dance style, actually when i first saw blackpink on 2016, i don't know who's the main dancer, because they are so good,,,,

Yeah i also think the dance break choreography should be harder cause the beat was very crazy! Put the fault on YG the girls are very great dancer yet YG give such an easy choreography which seems like our girls not too much good at dancing! The one who should work harder is YG tough

That’s exactly the problem i had with it. I was expecting more after such a long hiatus but it’s just the normal blackpink sound. I liked the song it just didn’t blow me away 🤷🏽♀️
@@pinkbutterflies994 agree...I'm one of those blinks who waited for them to comeback, that's why I set my standard too high especially when they released their teasers.... but it end up just like the usual blackpink song, I'm not hatin' on it....their concept is nice especially the mv production and the song is a usual bp bop song but lyrically, I found it lacking :)))
which one do you mean? if your intention is clear they still won't like it, but if everyone doesn't like it, there's no way this song can break a lot of records in the whole world charts from itunes, spoty, billboards and of course the domestic charts are the one idol group songs that can penetrate PAK No. 1 on every major charts in Korea
Pink Butterflies ahh gotcha, i didn’t set my expectations too high so i wasn’t disappointed. i like the sound that they normally go for. but i get where you’re coming from!
ROSÉ (purple hair) in this choreography showed that she came with everything this year, she transmits power, strength and energy and her level as a dancer grew so much that she was the one who stood out the most in this DANCE performance and that is impressive.
I feel like they're definitely capable of doing harder choreos, and also wish they went a little harder in the breakdown. I was kinda disappointed at first, cus I felt like the chorus was too bare, similar to other comebacks. Still like it now, but initial impressions, I wanted more

Lisa: Clean and Perfect
They both have different styles so I get liking one more than the other, but dance wise Lisa will always be levels above all of Blackpink. I think it's great that Rosé got a lot of attention from this dance practice, but it's not right to say she should be main dancer or that she looks like main dancer more than Lisa. Anyone who has eyes can see that Lisa is much more technically trained and is a seasoned dancer. It's almost an insult to say Rosé (who only started dancing at 16) can compare to Lisa (who has been dancing since she was what? 7?) But yeah we love Rosé getting praised but please don't put down Lisa in the process.

I agree, Rosé ate this choreo. This was HER choreo. I was pretty disappointed with the dance break choreo but it’s pretty common to see a basic moves in dance breaks from them. I was also pretty disappointed with the choreo overall, blackpink had been a group for like four tears, they’re more than capable of doing difficult choreo like other groups do. And tbh I hate Jennie’s hair too lmao you’re not the only one, I never understood what they were going for 💀

i don't think so. almost all youtubers who react or listen to blackpink have lisa or rosé as their bias. a few have jisoo as their bias and none have jennie(that i've crossed so far).

i think partly what makes bp so popular is that they're so individual- there are only four members and each of them have totally different styles of dancing and singing- it's easier for people to remember all four of them for their individual specialties! also personally this isn't my fav bp song but you should definitely check out playing with fire, forever young (no dance practice but u can watch a live stage), and don't know what to do!! they're my favorite both music wise and dance wise!

fun fact: the dance break choreo was supposed to be harder than what it is now but their knees are so bruised that they had to change the choreo 3 days before the mv filming. and when they perform onstage, it will be hard.
