As an Immortal 2 raze main i just wanna comment on your raze satchels hooj. You've really improved a lot but ive noticed one constant error with your satchel placement, you prefer to throw your satchels on an object rather than throwing them on the ground and using the elevation of the object to give you more speed and height while travelling through the air. Throwing your satchels on the object itself doesn't grant you enough height and makes it harder to land on elevated surfaces like wrapping around top site on B in icebox. I would recommend you to increase the speed of your movement while using your satchels and to bhop slightly once you land to throw off your enemies crosshair without stopping instantly. Another thing i noticed was you have more airtime on your satchels without covering enough distance which causes you to become slower and land in a vertical pattern unlike an ideal diagonal pattern, this makes it easier for your enemies to track and shoot you
If he doesn’t need the speed and height, this will be a slower start be cause you have to fall further before activating the satchel. It may be more risky to jump into uncleared angles and fall for a second
I completely understand that feeling. So often I'll do bad in games and my team clutches and we win. But when I have days where I'm going 30/15 every game my team will be entirely negative and we lose and it's not even close. I just want to feel like I'm actually doing something
@@alfredoooooooooooooooooooooooo how slow is “embarrassingly slow”? Because woohoojin has like a 220-230ms average reaction time which is considered slow by most people (slow for tac fps player that is) but it doesn’t affect his ability to perform and hit these shots.
Do you think your mindset at 6:00 ish regarding how you play and the result of the match is too outcomes focused? I know the overarching goal is to reach Radiant, however the process of becoming a more consistent better player is really what drives that outcome. In which case our focus ought to be, how can I middle frag every game (or something similar).
That's exactly how I feel man. I peaked ascendant this act, playing out of my mind I flew from plat 2 to ascendant. I lost it because I had two throwers back to back, whatever it's unlucky. But I swear to god from that point forward my entire Val experience is "play good, lose 20 rr, play bad, win 13 rr" and I somehow went back to plat
Hey hooj, I know you're pretty busy these days but wanted to say thanks as the season ends. Ended up ranking from Silver 1 to Gold 1 this season thanks to your vids. Nothing impressive but I'm super proud of myself. Good luck on the radiant climb!
Hey just wondering hooj box crosshair does it still work or have they made the spread tighter it’s bin bugging me for a bit maybe I’m just having a bad day
on august 2023 you queued with jeyg on his alt account in a diamond ranked lobby, a year after you posted your video being against smurfing. any thoughts about it?
I noticed your plans for the whole team are weaker when you play good v when you play bad(obviously theres other people just playing good) but it seems like when you are doing good u focus on what you can do. But when you are doing bad u focus on the team.(could be wrong cuz of editing)
@@therealyojames if you watch his streams that is not the case he has one good game one bad game but he can’t manage to win when he is playing good because he is not the person securing the rounds he gets one and dies that is why he has in he’s good games a descent amount of kills. There’s more to doing good than just seeing the scoreboard. It’s tricky but even wohoo on other old videos has talked about this bus it seems he can’t manage to coach himself with his own advice
Hooj I’m new to Valorant so take everything I say with a grain of salt, but I don’t think you should be blaming yourself for this game. There’s no way your team should be losing a 4v1 like that. Not to take away your drive to climb and master Raze though. I think that wanting to improve and always looking for how you could’ve done things better is inspirational. But it’s also a team game, and there’s some randomness involved with who you’re playing with. That said, I commend your drive to carry games, and I’m sure it will land you in Radiant. Also, I’m somewhat surprised you chose Raze as your main for your climb. You seem like you’d naturally gravitate to controller or something. I started playing killjoy only, since none of my friends played sentinel, but I’ve found the play style really fits for me. Although now I’m trying to play Jett as well, since I wanna learn to play aggressively in scenarios where there’s more unknowns, instead of just relying on already having most of the info.

as a washed asc 2 now plat 2 kj main who has never played raze once in my life, i can agree with this.
as a silver 3 i can agree with this (ive never played raze in my life)
As a hard stuck gold raze main I can totally agree on this (I make the same mistake, and it's twice as obvious)

But I love it when you get vod reviewed…
Bet, I’m blaming you for me having a hard time reaching diamond again lol
Baby come back, you can blame it all on me
Woohoojin should change his png to a banana handling a joystick if he's the one playing
Agreed
would be a W
Had this same idea lol
wait now it makes me think that he can easily fake that he's playing the game even if he's not😮, nut obv he doesn't do that, but its possible

how chat can get ralts that early , i never know how wally get ralts on that grass till now
it's like a 5-10% chance, that's probably why you never got it. I think it's also the only section of grass where u can get ralts in the entire game.
There a low chance but ralt is there and no attacking moves

Im with ya hooj. My 4 match mvp losses in a row the other day are really demoralizing. If I bot fragged at least itd feel deserved.

Nah we call these nt. You can always do better next time, nice shots.
So why is he playing good every game and still losing so much? Is he in like losers queue or something.
If he plays good and lost then it's either shitty team or enemy diff.. In this case it's the former since his Gekko and Viper are sucks.
