I love Rex and his family. They are amazing people. I know exactly who you’re talking about and I can see that kind of grin coming out of his face and smile cause that’s the kind of guy he is. He is an upstanding guy.
I'm an old trucker. Made a daily run to SLC for building materials. A 76 Peterbilt with a 4n4 transmission. 350 cummins. This story is a reminder that we influence people through out our day and do not realize it.
Several times though out my life, people I barely know have told me in passing that they had never seen me without a smile. And I hope they never do. The smile is not "hiding" my true feelings. I am a happy person, that is not to say I don't have my "pity party" moments, I do! But a friend once told me that there is nothing wrong with pity parties as long as you don't overstay your welcome! See you in 3 and 1/2 weeks for the Mormon Pioneer Trail Tour-Westbound!
That was a wonderful ștory. Thank you. My dad was a truck driver I have very good memories of riding with him in his truck. First rides were in a milk truck - hauling milk from the farmers. Then I rode in a tanker hauling gasoline or oil. My dad always wondered how I could read the book I would bring in a bumpy truck. I went once on an over-nighter and slept in a sleeper. Thanks for your stories.
Heartwarming story. 'Homeward bound' perfect music for this story.
That's my Dad! So proud of this humble man.

Great story
That Rex is my wife Cathy’s uncle! Amazing man.
Please turn the music off or at least down. I would like to hear the great message
Yes, please lower the music volume. I'd rather hear you clearly, thank you!
