    Nice. I somehow landed on these three things through my own research and a bit of intuition, but it took a few years. I wasted time with fad bs like omad, IF, prolonged fasting, keto until I changed gears and focused on lifting and meeting protein goals on a slight deficit. Then everything started to come together. Now my shoulders are finally wider than my waist haha..
