Tonight was really rough for me. I was panicked and feeling anxious, and I still am a little but the music helps me focus on something other than my thoughts. Sometimes I just feel like I’m not all there, and I feel insane. With the music I feel and know that I am here and I am sane, but I’m going through rough patches. I hope all who are having a rough night or day or who suffer from mental illness find peace in something you enjoy like listening to this beautiful song! ❤

The continual sloshing sound of a flowing river reminds me of my youthful days in Kalayaan, Laguna where I enjoyed wading and playing with the small fishes and aquatic insects through the waters as my aunt was busy washing clothes by the riverbank. Then, when its time for bed, I could still feel the sensation of the flowing waters on my legs, as the crickets lull me to sleep. Happy memories indeed. :)
