I’m so glad i’m not the only one in love with the 80’s.. 🥰🤩 I believe it’s definitely coming back to style. I’ve noticed a lot of people my age are wearing them!!!! Being born in 87 I missed out on the styles, which is what got me crazy over it after watching a home movie of the clothes teens use to wear.. I even love all the grandma sweaters.. I’m in love with the music and hairstyles and all the movies!!
Yes, the 80s are definitely making a come back in recent years! Teen clothes, big hair, amazing music and especially grandma sweaters are all fabulous, so I totally get the obsession!😁

45s are usually really cheap, but the trade off is that they're rarely in very good condition. I got lucky last year at a charity shop, buying 20+ for $3, but none had sleeves and only 2 played well enough to listen to. Ah well, still like having them.
Also, I have that same Laura Branigan record (as well as several of the others), and it's so good. "Self Control" is one of my favorites from her.
45's can get so easily overlooked when it comes to taking care of them, I believe only half of the ones I got in here played perfectly all the way through 🥺 But, very true, it's still nice to have them!

I have wanted to marry Rick Springfield since I was 6 & saw him in Hard to Hold...finding Don't Talk to Strangers (my favorite even over Jessie's Girl) & Foreigner's WFAGLY from "4" (which I have been hunting bc it's my favorite album & band of all time) would be like finding the Hope Diamond to me😂❤. Peter Cetera is right there behind Foreigner😍😍😍. He was the lead singer of Chicago until 1985 so if you hear most of their most popular 80s songs, he's on them ("The Inspiration", "Hard for Me to Say I'm Sorry, "Hard Habit to Break"...)

Loved the record purchase! I love Hall and Oates. I've even had the chance to see them in concert. Beverly Hills Cop is one of my favorite movies, along with a banging soundtrack. The Patti Labelle number in the end credits and the Vanity 6 song from the strip club are forever associated with the movie, in my book. Another 80s recommendation is Short Circuit 2! Check it out if you havent seen it. I also have 2 channel recommendations for ladies who love all this 80s and 90s - Hannah Rupp and Nerdburgerj.
