That turned out really good! Cleaning and color change is indeed the worst part of airbrushing. Pick up an Iwata Revolution HP-CR. It's an excellent Japanese made airbrush that isn't terribly expensive.

Sweet! I painted one of those shark mouth designs on my old 15 gallon portable compressor. Didn’t have any fancy masking. All by hand and fine line tape and masking tape and plastics. Resprayed my whole compressor a flakey green first and then did the design. Came out so good. And yours came out so good too. Love the no decal theme for sure. Haha your wife is awesome! She’s fun with her comments! And she was filming for you too and complimented and loved the work you did 😁👍🏻.
I like the ol' P-40 Warhawk paint job. That was my first RC product. It was a control line cox plane. Fuel came in little metal cans. Second one was a Cox 2wd sand buggy. We are talking mid 70s I believe.
So first Nicole was just as shocked as the rest of us.. and second I want to put my order in for a t-shirt or license plate with a sunset that says .. Buck Dandy for President.

I just got my first 3d printer and darn it, now I need a vinyl cutter. Double action is the way to go with an airbrush. It will become intuitive in the first 5 minutes.

I love to warbird theme I have a phenix that I converted to the origin body and I painted the shark mouth on the origin it was a pain to do multi color on the inside of lexan I should definitely try air brush I have only used lexan paint or rattle cans for that matter
I wish RC Country Hobbies stayed open like 1 or 2 hours later... anytime I'm headed up there from the coast for something else... I get there after they've closed so I don't get to do any browsing.
