De twee jonge vrouwen worden inmiddels al ruim een maand vermist in Panama. Peter en Diny, de ouders van Lisanne en Hans en Roelie, de ouders van Kris, hopen nog steeds op een veilige terugkeer van hun dochters. Ze vertelden alle vier voor het eerst over deze moeilijke tijd waarin ze constant leven tussen hoop en vrees.

Lissane's father breaks my heart. His daughter was sensitive, respectful of life, it's not fair that he lost his daughter like that.

I've recently been looking into this case and I'm deeply saddened by what happened I have cried multiple times. I feel so much for this and all the pain they have endured. I can not begin to imagine the pain these parents have went through. Due to the large inconsistencies in the case we the people should keep looking into this and let the parents rest. I hope one day clarity comes and that the parents can get complete closure. Lisanne and kris I hope you're in heaven experiencing eternal bliss you have earned that.

I am from Central America and if any of you tourist people want to go in expeditions please you have to be strongly prepared for it. It's really normal to watch people from europe or usa going to dangerous places dressing and using the worst kind of equipement. So take care and may God have those two beautiful girls by His side.

@@segoiii It's very sad and very unfair, but especially as young women a hike like the two girls went on is very, very dangerous. You may be lucky or you might not. After gathering as much information on this case as I could I don't belive in an accident or that they got lost. If they were injured after that last photo they took they clearly would have stayed on the trail and they would have been found then. If they would have moved then backwards not deeper into the jungle. Why were their bras found in the backpack? Why would you do something like this? If you would try to cross a river you would not just put the bras to the backpack would you? Very, very strange. Looks like someone was involved in this. The only thing I can imagine as a reason for wandering deeper into the jungle is that you are terrified by something awaiting you if you go back.

Ik heb er zelf onderzoek naar gedaan en als je kijkt naar het bewijs wat is verzameld is het heel waarschijnlijk dat ze zijn vermoord. Sadly enough, in this video, their parents are still hoping they are alive. For example, Lisannes parents are saying that Lisanne said she didnt have much friends. Her mom says: well we got so many cards and messages from loved ones, when Lisanne comes back, she will know she is loved and she has friends.

Er is een veel grotere kans dat dit soort instellingen dubbel boeken om zeker te zijn dat er mensen komen, waar ze afhankelijk van zijn. This was before the case was closed. They werent found yet at this point. They also say they were satisfied with the Panamanian authorities because they were doing everything they could. They were hoping the girls were still alive.
