Yo a decir verdad, siempre me duermo al escuchar estos audios. No sé si así deba ser o no, pero, también, cada vez que intento meditar, acabo durmiendome a los 5 minutos. Es irónico cómo buscando métodos para conciliar el sueño no lo consigo, pero me pongo a escuchar mi propia respiración y casi me caigo del sueño a los pocos minutos. Eso sí, siento que el demasiado estrés al ser retirado de mí no queda otra cosa que me sostenga.

Man applying love to everything is a task only the shining one can handle I can understand why they’d want to leave and come back at a better time, however… one must be able to do it now , in this time , in this moment so that it better prepares the next group of shining ones to fulfill their dreams. Ik I am one of these shining ones because of how much I been blessed with high amounts of energy as if I have an extra light bulb in me that fuels me what I need it. I been away enjoying nature the past 7 days but to come back to this channel , to this video really gives me the chance to appreciate us as a whole…
