not very "top secret" when there are 24/7 livestreams of cameras pointed at it
Thats not the way he meant it
You may see the outside but have little idea what is going on inside. It may be for returning the aliens from Area 51 back to their home planet. 🤣
According to Felix it could be this or it could be that but on the other hand it could be neither.
Ok Ben, so tell us what is it for?
Don't be a wilfully ignorant smart ass, you see area 51 also but you have no idea wtf is going on inside 🙄.
It's known as "One way trip" Starship. No re-entry, no use for fancy ceramics.
I would say you need it for exiting the atmosphere not as much also space can still have heat spot ( has been utilized by the iss
Could it be meant to deliver first Starlink satellites outside Earth orbit?
@@zarinjaniswhy would they put starlink outside of earth orbit? And even if they are putting them around the moon or Mars, isn't that at least a decade away? Seems like incompetent project management...
@@phillyphakename1255 If first human on Mars within 8 years, Starlink in Mars orbit definately before then. Probably also need some in Solar orbit to connect the dots, idk.
Space x never fails to confuse us
It is going to be used for propellet transfer test.
Wow, it lives long. Are the original engines still intact?
That is truly amazing! All the rest have blown to bits.
This is a full sized test article, and probably learning what is needed to have another lox and methan as the payload section.
Thus, all the stringers?
I need it to be an expemdable cargo test. I need it to carry a space dock to orbit from there spacex can start work on the nc series of transport class ships, built in space for space, that never return from orbit.
I think it's just lucky to have survived because it was still usable for some tests.
HAHAHAHA !!! so this is the only one that has not blown up?
Ship 26?!? That’s my birthday ship!!! We’ve been friends since her conception! It’ll be sad to see her go, unless she is the first ‘fuel rod’ for spacex’s fuel station ;)
Mark my words, guys, Ship 26 is the prototype for In Space Propellant Transfer... IN SPACE REFUEL FOR DISTANT TRAVEL, Moon and beyond.
Why?, simple, HEAT SHIELDS NOT NEEDED. It won't return to earth.
Heat shielding is also needed for exiting the atmosphere
Thank you to you & the team. Great stuff! :)
Ship 26 is the test article for new Stage 0 items. Or would you risk a new, expensive ship to test the stand and its supply equipment?
yes. And ruggedized a bit to survive all the road trips.
Propellant transfer. Large Crew and cargo to moon, interior fitted out accordingly. Two week stay using cargo to build a level landing pad.
Its probably going to blow up.
We call that starship Hellraiser
Perhaps it is just a tanker.
That is the starship version for deep space which won't land on any body with an atmosphere. It will be carrying cargo in between the planets but never actually landing on them.
That nose could be made from a full cone and a truncated cone. Keep the angular change to less than 15 degrees and airflow behaves as if it was a continuous curve. Not having the ever changing curve would make tiling much easier.
Losing argument. The whole reason Starship's nose cone is as pointy as it is was because Musk wanted it to look cooler. Even if it was and it is arguably somewhat less aerodynamically efficient then the original design that wasn't pointy enough for Musk's liking. It looking cool matters, even at the expense of performance.
It has to look "right" stylistically. Even if that comes at the expense of aerodynamic performance or manufacturing convenience.
Maybe it’s the lunar lander?
I think it was believed to sweat fuel to lower the temperature. Maybe I'm wrong.
It sure looks like their is alot of structure inside due to all of the rivits covering the outside!
Seems kinda click baity Felix...
“Top secret” as in porpouse, makes sense to me 🤷♂️
That’s his whole thing now. He uses slightly clickbaity titles to get people to watch his mediocre videos
Or maybe it has a special heat shield coating... Tungsten carbide carbon layer ablation.
i'm hoping it's for propellant transfer and a moon orbit.
Could it be a top secret ICBM? 😮
Omega doomsday bomb with a cobalt casing ?
I don’t know anything. But we will see it go up around 6 or 7th test flight 😊
Along with a back to back launch I’m just stupid. Idk anything
Hopefully not a ICBM😮
Launch it into orbit on July 4th for an extreme fireworks explosion.
Lunar lander?
100% a fuel depot prototype imo
Could be simply a teststand instead of a fully functioning ship.
What if this is a not a rocket at all but intercontinental ballistic missile?
Waiting for Colonel James Rupert "Rhodey" Rhodes to take it and put some Hammer Tech on it.
Military Space station?
It's going to Mars, so no fins or heat shields needed.
First of all clickbate . Second wow a static fire isnt like we have seen such a thing ever before
Press the purge button on your hate tanks. The piont is, "What is the purpose of ship 11?"
Ship 11? This Video is about ship 26 . Also i didnt know i had hate tanks. And no i aint gonna delete this .
Space phasers!
Most rocket deliverable nuclear weapons are low yield (on the KT level) due to weight or the need to carry multiple independently targeting warheads. Ship 26 is possibly a prototype to carry doomsday level fusion payloads or dozens of MT level independently targeting warheads. If you know America then you know this is not out of the realm of reality.
Really?!? You think the next strategic ICBM is going to be cryogenically fuelled? Wow. Every ICBM so far is either solid propellant or a shelf stable liquid like UDMH.
No way they are going to spend decades storing liquid methalox, then spend hours fueling the rocket, then sending the nukes to Russia. We got 45 minutes to respond, fuelling cryo isn't possible.
lol not top secret. It was the next variation of starship that was never meant to fly. Think of it like a new revision, like upgrades from using the hpu (hydraulic power unit) for tvca’s to electric motors.
Space Force One
It’s “Too Secret”🤐
Who is Emily Linge?
I think it is just an engine and manufacture testbed
What part of this is top secret?
Its a tanker...
Military
Nice content 👍 keep it up
Do you work for Elan ?
He's what you call "a fanboy." He use to be with another crazy person called "Jixuan"
MIRV
😂🎉❤
And?
So
Is it a suppsitory ? I'm not clear what it is
A StarShip Variant - How Difficult is that?
Thank you Captain Obvious!
Now explain WHY it exists as a variant.
Cant deal with the warbling voice
sounds like a dummy for engine tests but hey idk
More likely just another piece in the grift.
Follow
So whats the deal with your bald head and hidding bald parts with hair from the back ?
It’s the ICBM VERSION for the Space Force …..
Delivering 20 MOAB (10Ton each) to it's target. For a total of 220Ton TNT equivalent.
Bs
Pp ship
When are you going to finally understand that you should use the same f pitch as when you speak German. Wake up! HiHiii hiiii please love meeee
Thus, still going nowhere..., ok, is not my money, my grand pa tes me now....
And he is adding, "In my days, this man had plans to go to Mars colonize it for Earth....,until some president stars deverting founds for some war....., and puff, Mars was no more....
Then the Aliens told Nasa not to go back to the moon....
