Be Grand Master Julie Scott’ s guest on this tour of beautiful and tranquil Rosicrucian Park in San Jose, California. In this video, she shares some of the history and architecture as well as some of her favorite places in Rosicrucian Park. Founded by past Imperator H. Spencer Lewis in 1927, this six-acre park serves as the headquarters and spiritual center of the Rosicrucian Order, AMORC in North America and the Caribbean and welcomes many members and guests each year.

I enjoy this Rosicrucian stuff because it bears witness to the cross cultural value of symbolism (while also appearing to respect cultures individually).
For further context, the labyrinth is also common in Celtic cultures. It appears as the pattern of a thumb print, as well as one could say the intestines. Thus, when seen in the Newgrange burial mound one could liken the symbolic value to that of Theseus and his battle with the Minotaur out of the labyrinth in the Greek myth. The thumb prints of those reincarnating over and over fighting out of the womb burial mound.
The Yew fruit held a similar value to the Pomegranate seen here in certain European cultures, although the Yew seeds are poisonous.
