Ingredients :
Pear 2/3 ( Cut into slices)
orange 1
Cinnamon 1/4 smal size
sugar 1/4 cup ( for pear and orange)
egg 2
sugar 1/3 cup (for cake)
oil /butter 1/4 cup
salt pinch of
orange essence 1tsp
baking powder 1 tsp
milk 1/4 cup
Cook in pre heated pan for 35/ 40 minuite. (lowest heat)
or Bake in pre heated oven at 160°C for 25/30 min
