Hi Kirti, chimney ka filter jahan se start hota hai wahan ek grey colour ka jo plastic ka square hai. Usame jo silver line dikh rahi hai na use press karana towards jali to filter nikal kar aa jayega.

After soda add white vinegar and wait 5 min. Then clean it with toothbrush

I put mine the dishwasher with dishwater powder, they came out clean.
Caustic soda metal damage karta hai. Not safe at all. Bina Gloves k use na kare. Don't use it, metal ka surface bohot rough ho jaega.

We get mild caustic soda. Don't use a strong one. I have been using it for many years and nothing damaged.
@dhanusworld335 what are the grades for it. What do you mean by mild. How much mild? What I know is, it is very corrosive in nature.
The one which I use is suitable for washing machines, sinks and clothes. This is what is written on the packet.
