- [Recorded 6-17-22] Here are the oddly-famous and overfilmed elevators of the Holiday Inn Golden Gateway. Believe it or not, I've actually never filmed these or posted a video of these until now. These are assumed to be many thing by multiple elevator enthusiasts. Some say they're Fujitec, but I don't know how that came to be, since there are zero signs that they had anything to do with these. Some day they're OTIS, but they have zero OTIS characteristics. However, the door tracks look a lot like United States ones, and there is even a bit of US green in the hoistway, so I'm going with that as the original brand. I'm not sure who did the mod though. These aren't anything THAT special...

Coming out of the dust to say these are most likely NOT modded by Fujitec, it's just a generic mod. I rode these over ten years ago and I made an educated guess then based on the characteristics. I trust Justin's opinion, he knows a lot more than I do lol.
Maybe it’s also because you stopped filming elevators back in 2022 and not sure how you were doing in 2023 and 2024! It’s not easy to get all elevator brands in buildings correct in one try!
@@SDL-ElevatorFan ...huh?
@@alternatehobbies he quit filming in 2017, came back in 2019 on Jowevator then quit again in 2022!
I love elevators
Watch the views kick up
Awesome hotel
No proof but because it's Witter door equipment. It could be a KONE or ThyssenKrupp mod
Wow, you finally filmed it
That's not a rough-rough start but its quite noticeable and such
These actually go 500 FPM
just wait until this video gets popular like many others💀
We’ll see lol
ACTUALLY THESE ARE FUJITEC
Proof? Don’t assume that nationalelevator said that
How do you know they are United States Traction Elevators?
It was modernized by Fujitec
Prove it
It was the service elevator that was Fujitec.
@@jefferyelevatorfan9389you sure? Because nationalelevator didn’t confirm that it’s Fujitec
They’re actually Fujitec!
Proof? And don’t say cause NationalElevator said so
@@Jowevator3219 In my pov, it’s because the indicators are counting floor numbers impatiently, and usually or mostly US traction elevators don’t do that!
These aren't Fujitec. They were originally Otis and modernized by US and possibly another generic company.
@@TSNY18-Animations you should go to washington d.c. and ride all the fujitec elevators that don't do that. besides kone and old otis, there are several generic controllers that do the same thing. justin also said they aren't even still US, they're modded with generic equipment of an unknown make by an unknown company
@@alternatehobbies I just came back from Washington DC at the end of June! I probably won’t go to Washington in a while!
These are US?
I thought those are fujitec elevators if I’m not mistaken
There’s no proof of that
@@Jowevator3219 there’s a link that I sent
@@Jowevator3219 Well, I saw the Braille plates on the door jambs, and those look like the ones that Schindler uses. Perhaps it was Schindler who modernized these elevators.
They would’ve possibly been MODERNIZED by Fujitec, but they were originally US
@michaelwalterselevatorsrob5009 also no proof of that
