I am vegetarian and quite low in iron. I had really really heavy periods so lost a lot of iron during that. I am taking an iron supplement and my periods have lightened much much more but last much longer. I’m on my 5th week of period now.

Here’s a quick tip for working out. If you get tired of doing it easily try turning on a show or listening to music that will get you distracted and it makes you feel like you’re not working out.
you can’t target fat burn to specific areas of your body, you can only reduce overall body and build muscle in certain areas, but by pairing workouts like these with cardio (like walking/running/biking) on a regular basis, you will reduce overall body fat and build muscle!
