I've been following Denver since Jokic came to them, I'm Serbian, so it's logical. I've always liked Murray a lot, the energy he brings to the team is incredible. But Gordon is what binds this team together. It's just incredible in this day and age that he has so many stars on one team who are selfless and put the team before themselves!Denver's basketball looks more like European basketball to me than any other team in the NBA!I came for Jokic but I fell in love with Denver's basketball.

I’m an American, and I’ll tell you that I love Nikola Jokic. All people should pay attention to the way he plays the game and strive to carry this into our everyday life’s. He is selfless, his passion, his demeanor, determination I mean this is a list that could go on for a while. It is so disrespectful and a shame the way the media disregards the once in a lifetime greatness that is Nikola Jokic. As a black man I will be so happy when those who have shamed an entire race for past generations and a very small percentage remaining of things in which we now are doing the same to them, it’s a damn shame. Our people who fought for race to be as irrelevant as the color of your eyes and that it’s us nothing but melanin, they would be ashamed to see that if black people were given the same choices as those they fought to put a stop to, we would have been no better.
I’m sorry that the greatness of Nikola is being wasted the way it is, if his melanin was slightly different it would be so much different. Hopefully people will eventually pay attention to what he could stand for and we do better.

I cried so many times watching this video.
We went through so much. Jokic being slander and diminished all his success and accomplishments. Jamal injury, MPJ injury. Everyone attacking the Nuggets for literally everything. Jokic being hated by the media. They attacked Jokic restlessly for losing in the playoffs. I never saw Curry winning without Klay and Draymond. Never saw Giannis winning without Jrue or Middleton, Never saw LeBron winning without Irving/Wade KLove/Bosh or AD. Never saw Tim Duncan win without Manu or Parker. Compare to other players who always got their sidekicks right to be help end and yet kept failing. Neither of them received as much slander and hate like Jokic got
We as a franchise we really went through so much pain and we finally did it. WE ARE THE NBA CHAMPIONS AT LAST. After almost 50 years of waiting we finally did it. I still cry remember Jamal once the game was over.

And I'll add the year jokic won first MVP warriors and national media was talking Steph is MVP cuz without Dray and Klay he made the play in game, historical is what they said and next year Jokic made playoffs without his two best teammates. And wtf wrong with people crying over someone winning a championship, is this country this damn soft these days?

Superb documentary. Just what I have been looking for. It's good to see what Nick Wright had to say about Jokic prior to him winning a championship. He tries now to whitewash it by saying I just needed to see him win a chip. I'm sorry dude, you repeatedly criticized him in the most savage fashion you could imagine, when you didn't hold others (read: Embiid) to the same standard of "I'm gonna trash him like there's no tomorrow until he wins a championship." There's no coming back from that. We know who you are.

Couldn't happen to a more deserving group of men. I have been a Nuggets fan since the Doug Moe era. In a league that promotes division and me, me, me mentality and stars jump ship every year to create big 3's and or super teams with no loyalty to their fans seeing a true team, a humble team of truly invested players fighting for each other has been an absolute joy to watch.

I am a lifelong Bulls fan. My team is lost in the NBA wilderness. As someone who absolutely loves this league I've needed to find things that keep me engaged outside of reliving the Jordan era on RUclips. This Nuggets team and Jokic really made this an enjoyable season. The style of ball they play is egalitarian and aesthetically pleasing and their players, Jokic in particular are super likeable.
Honestly the discussion around this team all year has baffled me. An alarming percentage of NBA media was under the impression that this team was an imposter, that they would somehow be exposed in the playoffs. I struggle to understand the basis for this opinion. We've seen imposters before. Recent iterations of the 76ers jump rapidly to mind. I feel like people who absorb the league like oxygen understood that this team should have been the odds on title favorites at the start of the playoffs. I guess there's no accounting for taste. I also love Jokic's demeanor. He doesn't need to tell everyone how hard a worker he is and how much he cares about winning. He just goes out and plays with a skill level that is up there with the all-time greats. I hope this team stays relevant for a long time to come.

I’m from Chicago, grew up during the Jordan era and made it through the 2000s with Eddy Curry, Tyson Chandler, etc. The franchise got fun again with Derrick Rose, but that died when they blew up the team in the mid 2010s. The last few years of the bulls have been unwatchable in my opinion. But I moved to Denver in 2016 and have been a Nuggets fan ever since. It’s good to have a soft spot for your original team, but it’s awesome rooting for this nuggets team. They just play an amazing brand of basketball, so enjoyable to watch and fun to cheer for. If they can stay healthy they will win several more championships in the next 5 years. Get on the bandwagon!

I'm a die hard nuggets fan here... and I love that this video captured the struggle and the journey of these men. Its an inspiring story and one that didn't really get nationwide attention. This is a team that the NBA needed to win in my opinion. The media and mainstream fans have lost their way with the idolization of Diva's in the league. Yes, this is professional basketball, where egos run wild just like any other professional sport. Without ego you're not going to be successful, but this nuggets team has somehow maintained some humbleness and commitment to one another in a league full of selfishness. Honestly i was pumped about Melo's Nuggets making it to the Western Conference finals and would have been cheering them on in the finals if Kobe didnt exist.... BUT, I am so much more appreciative of the fact that this team won and the Melo nuggets didnt. Great run and i really do hope to see this team run it back......
Side not: Bam..... That's a bad man. What a player, he deserves success as well

The whole is greater than the sum of its parts. This was the same mantra of the back to back champions Houston Rockets of 94-95 and those San Antonio Spurs who won 5 titles. Coincidentally, those teams were led by humble and low profile superstars in Hakeem Olajuwon and Tim Duncan. I can see a lot of it on this Denver Nuggets team.

Jeff Green, Deandre Jordan, Reggie Jackson, Bruce Brown, Thomas Bryant were on choking/trash teams. Mike Malone finally found coached a bunch of hungry dogs after being on the disaster in Sacramento. That game 2 miami win was a fix. They got 8 questionable 4th qtr calls in a row from refs to turn a deficit into a lead.

It was such a long journey but we finally did it. For as long as I’ve been a nuggets fan we’ve always been underdogs. Feels so good to prove everyone wrong. Great work on this video

I love how this video showcased Nikola's MVP votes before the Race Card using Perk. He was literally blowing away Embid by like 400+ votes. Just a shame, he deserved it.
