I just hit Diamond with 2* Level 25 Genie and man I wish I had this video when I was doing that grind. You are dropping the good tips my dude, this is all stuff I had to learn the hard way!

I confirm all these tips guys! I grinded a level 15 Mickey to diamond rank 25-26 was the most difficult part due to the max speed difference but got lucky aiming for 4th and won against a lot level 30-40 people!

@@poppinoftenwithlofton6036so far everything that’s been uploaded either gives the same generic tips about grinding, or defends the gross monetisation in the game. This is the only video that genuinely gives good mid-high level gameplay tips.

When you play or stream please think out loud about strategies. It's a great teaching method!
I'm waaaay ahead of you! I already have videos like that up! Really just depends on the context of the recording. Something like my level 1 series is more for fun, whereas when I'm explaining how to get higher times, it's more for helping players.

How do you start with an item? Ive noticed I do that myself and got confused...lol.
I might add that if you're getting banged around, that thing that alows you to pass through racers is super helpful!
To start with an item you'll need a gold crew member. Once you have that, put it in a slot and you're good to go.
In the crew member screen there is a second tab right next to the stats, tap that and you can see the bonuses of crew members.

What is the slipstream? The New Season Curcuit Chapter Released today and one challenge on one race is to win and stay in the slipstream for at least 15s and i don't know what that means the slipstream part of course.
Stay behind another racer. You'll see it, it's like a feint of grey smoke (or wind gust?). Basically, purposely sit behind someone else.

I'm still trying to figure out HOW to play ranked. When I select that menu option there are never any racers to join :( Where is everyone?
Once you click "start race", you're good to go and you'll find people.
Could you explain this further? I don't see a "matchmaking" option

I still keep up with their patches and updates. Haven't made any videos on it recently though.
I know most of the minus the classes like the brawler getting the best out of there boost but I still barley win I’m stuck on MR 16 want to get to 25 because it’s the only way other than using blue currency to get the parts.. the rank system sucks I’m also about to win then people have that time ability and pass me and win or I’ll get the people thing on me and get stuck into a wall even tho the purple on the screen has gone...the rank system sucks just full of sweaty virgins game is just as bad as rouge company for it,u shouldn’t be able to lose points tbh the rank isn’t like something like ow i feel like u shouldn’t lose points but not gain points but only in 8th and 7th place u can’t gain points or increase the points for a win 1-4th
I'm currently at MPR 19 with Steamboat Mickey, aiming for 20, and actually *lost* points when I finished the last race on 4th. They made it look like I gained points, but when I checked my progress, I actually fell back 😶
I used to think Ranked Multiplayer is a good way to earn shards and upgrade items, but after MPR 16 it's just awful
I really wish multiplayer is normalized
If they did that they'd lose sales so it really comes down to that.
People want to top charts in ranked, and to do that they need to pay. In a sense top levels can come down to "pay to win". They are paying to be the best.
If they normalized ranked, skill will matter more at top levels so they will most likely lose sales. No reason to buy anything.
That's why I think it won't happen, but it'd be really, really nice.
Think about it, how many grind rank channels or streams have you seen? Now how many are high levels?
So if they did normalize ranked a lot of the whales won't whale out anymore. Not saying it's bad to pay, but I am saying that's the majority of their sales.

Also it would bw great to have a balanced race for example 2 or 3 high level players and the rest can be below level 25 so this way you can make it to 4th place but also keep the paying method if you want to progress fast@@poppinoftenwithlofton6036
Honestly hate that you can’t even just buy a character to unlock them at lvl 1 all I want is jumba and gantu unlocked all I want

Nothing but trash cheaters in ranked I'm always getting knocked outta first and u get hit so much u can't catch no one the only thing good about this is the characters a everyone has those
Yea, right now ranked is in a really rough spot. The higher you climb the worse it gets unfortunately. Hope they fix it in season 6. 😔
@@poppinoftenwithlofton6036 i don't get how Anna a Elsa rare but I got super lucky got them but jasmines only blue and they keep knocking gold car outta the draw it's making me feel like draws rigged takes forever to get pieces for Elsa I was only getting one piece a day but I managed to get first place got eight pieces unlocking her but upgrading us a huge money trap
@@poppinoftenwithlofton6036 I yeah u get her in limited events in single not multiplayer there's only one Elsa event a its like the second one but I got one piece yesterday eight today getting her she was easier to get than Anna omg
