- Howdy Doody Neighborinos! I'm doing something a little different this week! My whole thing with this channel is killing cringe. Cringe is dead, and I'm slowly killing cringe with every video, from fanfiction to making OC's. I wanted to show that unabashedly enjoying things is good actually, and cringe can suck it. This week, I'm making a Gemsona, or a character from Steven Universe (also totally messed up the speedpaint but it’s fine we’re fine)

She’s so bloody adorable! I love that you can’t really see her Gem. It would throw you off the first time you saw her if you didn’t already know that she was a fusion. Like, she looks like a fusion, _but where’s her other Gem?!_

ive also tried working on the whole "allowing myself to be cringe/being ok with making bad art" thing, its kinda hardd (which a large part of that i blame on me watching MOUNTAINS of cringe comps back in 2016) but this vid really inspired me to keep going with that

I wanna create a gemsona that is _also_ a fusion with a Padparadscha! But with a Nephrite rather than a Jasper. And while yeah the color that comes from orange and green is brown, I decided no thank you. It's pink your honor. Funny how we both came to a same component for a fusionsona!
I love the relaxed pose with the spear! Captures a lot of personality.
Great video! Just 1 point, Sapphires don't double weapons they just Boost their power, i.e garnets gauntlets are stronger than rubys, and this is backed up by aquamarine and eyeballs fusion weapon i suppose ice gems just power up :]

What if, and here me out, you did a superpower oc. Imagine how great it would be to see your oc's power in drawing. A lot of people write it but I don't see much people draw it out. Also it would be amazing to see what type of powers you would give them because you're really creative. Also I love your content o7.

I made oc that is aquamarines but I absolutely had NO idea that Gemsona already exist, is it bad that I don't have different gem? Or is it okay that I have same gem?
You are more than ok to make your gemsona an established gem! I just didn’t for my own preference. Rules are fun to follow but no one is gonna make you follow them! Creation and art is about expressing yourself and having fun, so go ham!!
