Saw that deadlift and got exited because I can pull that, then I realized he isn’t going to change his grip 😢
@Paul Blackman being short can be benificial. A guy from my tiny home town of about 1500 people made it to the olympics for power lifting, pretty sure he is like 5'5 or so. Chad Vaughn, hes in his early 40s by now
@@johnnyringo4899, but Dream is not short, so I'm not sure what's your point.
@@noel478 well i was replying to a comment that isn't there anymore so how would you have a clue what i was talking about?
@@johnnyringo4899, that's fair. Thanks for clarification!
Unbelievably strong. Hopefully he does not get injured. It would be interesting to see him compete.
Fake
Made it look easy even after having to unrack it the way he did
The unparalleled dedication required to attain this level of strength... wow!
Yeah you really need to follow your doping schedule 😂
This dude been blowing minds for a while now. He is so Gdamn strong, it is pretty amazing. I saw this one video where he sat up with like 400 or 500 lbs barbell. That is HARD AF to do!
007
This guy is basically a jojo villain with that hair and being so buff lmao
ABSOLUTELY FUCKEN INCREDIBLE.....SORRY FOR MY SWEARING 🤬 BUT GUYS THST REALLY IS INCREDIBLE IVE SQUATTERED WHAT HE BENCHED 3 REPS AND IT NEAR KILLED ME TO BENCH IT LIKE THAT 👍 SUPER HUMAN
Fuckin' A!
The bicep curl is the shockest thing among his lifts.
Really?
Nah. That one hand deadlift was the most insane
@@dennisfinan7977 200 lb strick curl is insane. Strongest people in modern history often failed a 225 lb single strict curl (do not think of the swinging curl that people do at gym).
@@dbsasuke If he did not use the strap, I agree.
@@hyeongjinoh584 ya don't get me wrong it's all impressive.
gotta see it in a competition setting but if its real weights its damn impressive
I was in the gym when he did this bench…and the crazy thing is the first time his shoulder slipped off the benched and he couldn’t lift it we had to pull the weight off of him. They put a band on the bench for grip and he chilled for about 15 min than got right back down and hit it everything you see whit him is official
From the way the bars bend when hes lifting... im pretty sure those arent fake weights.
@@gsmith4295 there is also possibility of fake bar, weak alloy
Amazing! He did that squat high bar with no wraps.
If he's real, can't keep him down
He was in the last Ct fletcher Iron War. Definitely freak of nature strength
How about the genius in the back recording with the flash on
This guy is so underrated
Massive power lifts AND I noticed those curls were very strict. Hope he doesn’t get injured with the circus lifts, definitely not worth it. He’s got 90% of Larry Wheels strength.
cray cray.. crazy strong.. I would have stopped and stared too.. like daayum
there's a guy on youtube who did 600 lbs 23 reps on bench. its 14 years old and still up to this day... craziest thing i ever saw man.
Never happened.
@@RAREFORMDESIGNS this guy fake too
That is one strong dude ..Dam!!
I'm pretty sure those hex plates are fake, I only ever see those plates when guys are doing absolutely jaw dropping lifts and never when they do lighter ones, Brad Castleberry had fake weights exaclty like that, not to say this guy is weak but I'm almost certain it's fake weights
You make a good point
they're not fake. You can find those at LA Fitness
the bar is bending. does the bar bend when you lift????
Strong dude
1 arm 246 kg deadlift tha heck
bro's bending the bar for regular gym goers xD
Very impressive. Hopefully those joints hold up. Especially his back
Holy Moly
Get it get it get it
Beast 🦇
Always use a spotter in case your tendon ruptures.
Superhuman strength
Not everyone is the same some people are built different and he is one of them
Damn bro 😎 that’s a bad dude!
Stay natural and stay alive
@@Anthony84739 hahahaha
@@Anthony84739 Tell that to creatine users
Strong AF
If you're the strongest guy at the gym, it's time to find another gym.
There arent many gyms for him.
I'm sure he'd be the strongest guy in most gyms in the world tbh
@@DimiArt of course
Tremendous strength. Great genetics!
Genetics? I mean that may have played a role but his dedication and self discipline is the real star of the show
@@jeremylong6229 Genetics definitely played a role but so did his dedication and self discipline.
He should complete 💯 so strong
Why is the bar not bent during squats. I used to spot a power lifter years ago with 800 lbs
Becca Swanson did an official 600 pound bench press
Are we sure those weights are not fake? Anybody knows if the guy has competed somewhere?
90 kg curls? Bro those tendons are literally hanging in for dear life.
It is real weights for sure
I couldn’t even spot for this guy.
The marshawn lynch is still strong af.
His squat was way short, his bench just jacked the body pretty hard. The same thing happened at the local Gold's. A guy came in kept going up in weight till he was just under 600. He was under 5'10" real blocky build. And he repped the weight 4x and looked like he could have done another couple of reps. Made me want to quit lifting, lol. When he did a rep the bar moved maybe 6 " at best. Pretty impressive, no bounce, slow down to the chest, and drove it up. Kept his butt glued to the bench.
This dude is something like 6’3”-6’4” that squat isn’t exactly short.
He resembles Beast Mode- Marshawn Lynch🤔
That bench haha not shabby. Not just rare in commercial gyms
nice half squat, 3 or 4 discs less to do a better and deeper squat
He's going to need a few dudes to spot or with him. Besides you never know when you'll blow a pec.
Cause he went to a foreign gym that had other groups and it bled him down. He was distracted. If he had some boys with him he would not be as distracted.
Yeah, just have a pec pop and he's going to be eating 600 lbs.
Lifestyle is everything. It’s what he’s doing with his life outside of the gym that really matters. Men…………, p*ssy, drugs, alcohol ……you know what I’m talking about.
If you notice, he's trying some dangerous weight with no problem as if his 1 Max Reps are higher. Also people are standing far away without any concern more shock, you'd think a spotter should be close.
He shakes and the bar bends, but his facial expressions tend to differ afterwards vs a stressed individual after such almost as if he wants to smile, although IF it's real he should be proud, but idk.
My favorite is when he is doing a one handed farmers walk with like 500lbs and then someone THROWS HIM a 120lb dumbbell and he catches it like a baseball with his free hand LOL
Link?
mike o tren wishes he was as shredded and strong as this guy
Let’s see this guy in his 50’s first. Put some Respeck on Tren’s name !!
@@dzumba9897 tren is his 20s and 30s had nothing on dreams. otren is a walking heart attack. wait and see.
@@dzumba9897 being 50 and claiming to be natty is just straight up garbage. im 45 i challenge tren to a drug tested powerlifting meet anywhere anytime.
@@dzumba9897 remember that video of tren squatting 8 plates? ME NEITHER.
@@vanguard4065 many lift 8 plates can’t even lift 3 in their 40’s . Mike lifting 6 plates in his 50’s is respect. Let’s see over many many years before you talk
He has the correct chicken to broccoli ratio
I'm assuming the NFL don't know about him cuz I know there's a team that needs and would like him on their squad.
Nah he’d be too slow because how much muscle mass he has, guys like Myles Garrett and Aaron Donald they are genetic freaks but they’re athletic as hell and actual trains for a purpose.
Unreal 😳😳😳🦍
This dude is AI Tesla experimental robot. Humans would ask for a spot.
He's one massy individual
If he's not a champ, whoopity doo!
I would have been embarrassed to lift weights around him.
Bro's smurfing irl
I don’t think he weighs more than 240 actually so that makes it even more impressive
How do I get that strong? 😲
Pickin up where Larry left off....literally
815 squat like how
I've seen 2 finger low bar. But 2 finger high bar?
Dream is the real deal. People who say his lifts are fake don't know who he is. Man is One in a Billion.
Fake
Like this guy ^
Yeah he has insane genetics but people choose to overlook that and only pull the steroids card on him.
@@sheenclover come on bro lmfao. He IS insane, but he's also juiced to the mf'ng gills
@@isaaclopez-cordell243 never said he doesn't take em. Just that genetics and training are likely the foundation of his strength. Cause not many steroid users can do anything near what he can.
WHO IS THIS BEAST 🤔
Kid has God Given Strength and Genetics.
😆😆😆. Yeah, okay. 💉
@@sec9788 steroids doesn't give you this strength. It's pure genetics
@@sec9788 I ask anyone to go ahead and take as much PEDs as you want and 99 percent of them woukd not even be able to bench 405 for reps. Let alone 600 plus. The guy was born w strength.
@@Dzvddy ask larry wheels
You literally couldn’t explain what genetics even are and how they influence performance specifically. He’s clearly on a cocktail of drugs.
Now do the same thing but with iron weights??
So strange to me as a former powerlifter when I see people squat insanely heavy but come nowhere near depth. Obviously the guy is strong, but why not 600 correctly and break parallel, vs shaking as you unrack 815 and stop about 12 inches above parallel? So weird/ego lifting
Unreal strength. Not so much between the ears.
Look who’s talking
Not gonna lie, he looks like a pumped snoop dogg
P4p, he would be the strongest dude on youtube
That high bar squat was fuckin insane
dude 90kg curls?? WTH my weak s is still struggling with 18kg 💀
How long you been going to the gym?
@@ub3rfr3nzy94 5 month, started at 5kg been stuck on 18kg for the last month and half
with both arms?
@@stopplzs ye barbell curl
@@ROKaNooo you should be able to do slightly more with a barbell if you're using a close grip since you'll get more of your forearms involved
I see a back injury coming!
Y does he places the bar like this when he squat?
At 150 kg bench press I destroyed my shoulders. At 200 kg deadlift destroyed stomach with 3 hernia. 🙈🙈 no more power lifting
This is dangerus shit, you need to go wery slow with proper recovering time.
@@Hook-daddy exactly, especially in my case cause of bad joints and tendons,.. bad genetic
@@madarauchihaandromeda shoulders are very complicated, there are joints tendons and muscles between, if there's some unbalanced state then you got problems. The best explanation you can get from doctors.
Why doesn't he compete?
Looks like he had 620 in the tank with that garbage unrack
Hi
it’s not fake. i go to the gym he goes.
Le miran porque no tienen discos para entrenar, solo pueden mirar 😂
One handed 540 deadlift...?
??? A black Brad Castleberry ???
Looks pretty damn real to me; bend in the bar and all.

who is he?

Fake weights
@@DriftingTaco hate hate hate
He could be even stronger with proper benchpress technique
No, he would be weaker, he is cheating his form slightly by using so much leg drive that his ass comes off the bench.
if you can bench 600 pounds then your form is fine
@@stopplzs He would get 3 red lights in a competition with this bench press. That said, I doubt his competition standard bench press (ass staying in contact with the bench) would be too much lower
Just remembered this was touch and go, obviously you can take a bit off for that too - if he was to pause he'd have to drop the weight a little bit
@@WOUBZY yeah i do notice his butt comes off the bench near his max. I think he could 6 plates or a bit lower than that in competition. he has a video where he's pretending to sleep with 5 plates on him and he holds it for a good 4-5 seconds
Nice wideo
Ehhm did he just pull 240kg with one hand?
Is it possible to figuratively shock someone?
That's the only way to shock them, unless you use electricity, in which case it's literally shocking them.
What's his name?
Itsdreamsworl
@@LiftersClub thanks

Ok why hasn't Larry wheels train with him yet lol I wonder
I was literally just saying to myself a Larry needs a collab with Dream
I think he has some fake weights mixed in with real ones. the bench press the bar barely flexed and its supposed to be 600 lbs... I'm calling bs
If you notice, he's trying some dangerous weight with no problem as if his 1 Max Reps are higher. Also people are standing far away without any concern more shock, you'd think a spotter should be close.
