Sir Maine NRE Mai abd examination of sir se kaha ki I have to approach from the right side lekin os ni kaha ki it's ok do from left side! Is situation Mai kia karenge?
Kissi reason KE Waja SE unhn ne kaha ho ga like space km hona patient ka comfortable na hona is situation Mai Examiner KE baat maan lain ge laikin respectfully keh skte hain k sir better to approach from right side
@@med-learnwithdrabdulbasit sir ek aur question, agar scenario Mai kahi ki acute abdomen so examine the abdomen tu pir hum sirf abdomen ko examine karenge ya sath Mai hernia, appendicitis, cholecystitis ki liye bhi signs apply karenge?
Gall bladder is palpable in obstructive jaundice if there is underlying malignancy and it feels like a globular mass Appendix is not palpable even in appendicitis unless there is a mass as complication or malignancy
Sir g 1 confusion Hai kindly guide kr dyn. I read somewhere that when we starts abdominal examination we should do auscultation first because if we do palpation and percussion first then at time of auscultation we can't here bowel sound properly due to gut displacement ? Is this compulsory ?
it is not compulsory for your convenience you can do that but palpation does not have any significant impact on bowel sounds all standard clinical methods books have described auscultation in the end
