i HATE lucid dreaming. Everytime i lucid dream my mind goes to scary things, and it turns into a lucid nightmare.

I literally dream lucidly all the time. I've always been able to control my dreams. Fly pretty much at will, bullet proof, SUCCESSFUL.. When I was young I'd have terribly scary nightmares until one day I fought back and had super powers. I even have full memorable conversations with people ive never met in real life. I honestly thought everyone dreamt like that until I discussed it with my wife a few years ago and many others since.

The best way I can explain my dreams is that I’m in the audience of a movie theater watching my dream play out, remove the color, and add time to it so you forget a lot of it. Basically a distant memory for me.

I lucid dream when I'm procrastinating (not doing my taxes) or forgetting to do something (not wearing my retainer). The dreams involve not being able to accomplish something (get out of a room, reach a destination by car, find my keys) Then, I'll realize it's not a problem, it's just a dream, and I just need to wake up. After that, I wake myself up.

I also flight a loooooot I love it!! so reslistic as real life! amazing to have it so I sleep a loooot and my head hurts, but worth it hehehe! I know I am dreaminig when I hit the floor hard and start levitating... that is my way and I start fluing inmidiatrly!! drop everything I am on and just fly.... but they say people have different ways to know they are dreaminig and all are different

it happened to me last night, and I thought let's fly and it worked, I was in a city and at some point I thought let's see how high I can go, I flew to the edge of space and that's when I woke up. Usually when lucid dreaming I wake-up as soon as I become aware, but not last night, it was weird.

Not sure whether I could implement this. I have apnea and use CPAP. I take Lunesta every night to help ignore CPAP. I never wake up between 4-6 hours, and certainly no dream detected then. If I dream at all it’s between 7-8 1/2 hours. I only remember a dream about once a month.
Is your method restricted to people who don’t have diagnosed sleep issues?

What is it when you dream your watching yourself sleep and then fly up and down your local area? Didn’t feel like a dream, it felt like it was happening. Even checked in on the dogs.
