    Any items that I need to return I always take to the UPS Store. It's completely free. Temu sends you a return code, UPS store scans it on your phone and done. I do reuse the bag that the item was shipped in.

      I do the same, however, many consumers don't have the luxury of driving, getting out, etc.

    Hi Konnee! Great info. My price adjustments almost always give me the option of credits. I had one day about a month ago where they would only give the adjustments by refund to original payment method, which was PayPal, because of "irregular activity" in my account. Huh??? The next day went back to acct credit as usual. I live in Delaware BTW. I'm sure PayPal loved processing all those 3 & 5-cent refunds!!

      That’s crazy! Glad to hear you’re back to getting credits. "Irregular activity" is one of the main reasons I've been told is the reason PA's go back to payment sources and not to credits. I have no clue how they determine that, but something on the account triggers it.

      We all benefit from reviews, but not in the way you asked. What benefits us is that we have more info on products, quality and condition info, less chance of having to do a return, the benefit of other shoppers guiding us through our shopping, and it's our way of getting our opinions heard. We also influence the vendors as to what they present, and if they're paying attention, we'll see fewer crappy products and higher quality items. This is how we all benefit from doing and reading reviews. We do not get monetary benefits - it doesn't earn us credits, coupons, etc. We do reviews to help others.

    Is there a way we can tell if a vendor participates in price adjustments before ordering from them?

      Nope. That's proprietary info between TEMU and the vendor. If you shop and purchase from the lowest priced vendor, then you'll at least have saved from the get-go . . . and any price adjustments you may get will be a bonus. I've also found that by purchasing the least popular color or style (as long as that is to my liking), almost always gets me adjustments.

      Perhaps! Contact customer service WHEN you have items in your cart and are ready to order. Tell them you can't afford to meet the minimum order and could they please reduce or waive it. Most often they will, especially if they see you are ready to submit an order.

    Very good info thank you Konnee 😊 I have a question. I have played the games and gotten all the way down to 1 penny and it keeps saying share and i do each time but it keeps saying share and nothing. What do i do?

      You do NOT need to ever share! Just be patient and keep playing. Those are promotional pop ups and annoying as all get out. Gather your food and water by doing the browsing, collecting what you can from purchases, etc. I have never shared even once and have won at least 4 times on each game.

      Wow, that's crazy. I've never had an issue. Even when I had 2 orders that were marked as delivered and they were nowhere to be found, Temu gave me a full refund.
