- The Cheapest Train in the World is in Kandy, Sri Lanka! In this video we will be taking a 20 rupee train journey to a botanical garden in the area. I decided to hop onto a train and show you guys exactly what train travel is like in Sri Lanka and why many people choose to travel this way. This will be a 3rd class train journey in Sri Lanka, but do keep in mind that they have plenty of 1st and 2nd class trains in the country as well!

Actually the umbrella was first designed for the use in sun, once a guy in Europe took it in the rain every man particularly women catch calked he got embarrassed and the man ran away. But he showed the versatility of the umbrella
I see people setting up shops on the sidewalk in Brooklyn, NY. This is something you see mostly in the third world countries; however, we have people from all over, so they bring their customs and culture with them.
BTW, the garden is lovely, and I frequent the one in Bk because it is so peaceful and tranquil.

They've been setting up shop and selling on the streets of New York City for as long as I can remember. Probably more so back in the '60's and '70's.
visited city is "Peradeniya" and the longest river is "Mahaweli River" and its is around 335Km long.

Let's say that 2000 rupees is the correct price to enjoy this one of the oldest botanical gardens in the world and the locals get to access it for a discounted price of 250 rupees coz it's their heritage and culture to enjoy. It happens pretty much everywhere in the world. MONA, Hobart, AU. St.Petersburg, Russia, Poland, Spain.. etc
The first time I visited it was free 1978

Peradeniya is where you find the famous botanical gardens. That is also a train station where you go when the ella train is too crowded. That is also where I run my hostel 😊

I still fly back regularly due to my line of work and have to stay in different States. I'm deadly serious when I say I can't believe the absolute shambles of some places. There's many many countries even in the old Soviet Bloc that are much nicer places to live.
When I came back to LA 6 months ago I was horrified. The Whole place gave me weird vibes and it just felt like desperation and was so dirty.
I'm not sure what's happening but it's like everyone is oblivious to how downhill its going.

Hey Chris, and to who ever reads this comment. As Chris, says how wonderful it is to walk the train tracks. Those Trains, do not have toilets. There a seat with a hole in it. That drops your load on the ground in the middle of the tracks. Haha, there walking of crap, from 10s of millions who, use those trains. Never, walk by them as they go by... That wet mist, is a person pissing. That country has no working swere system.. think of it this way... Where is all the crap going. We did study's at the United nations, they do not have the means or system. To make just one cup of clean water for each person per day.
