Yo Steve I know I taught you the “take down” light verbiage but I gotta say those take downs are EXACTLY like Texas DPS. Another thing is you did pass by the under glow charge several times. ALSO, you couldn’t prove that the stereos were stolen so you would’ve had to let the passenger go for sure.
