    thank you. I really appreciate this. I have 40 years of experience and have fought competitively, and have been teaching at an MMA gym in NYC for many years, but due to some family health issues, I am currently out of town and caring for a loved one, so have not been able to get to the gym as often and your videos are helping to keep me sharp when I have noting but a heavy bag to work with--so I really appreciate it

    My lead switch kick has improved considerably. Today my form and balance were on point, throwing switch kicks while balancing high on my toes and not having to lean at all while bringing it back in position in control. I really impressed myself today 😂😂 These videos have really impacted my kicking ability.
