Well in-universe, I think all five project Meteor gundams all have the same base frame, so it's not too far of a stretch to imagine they can all fold their legs in for an flight form, but since the DSH is then only other onenwith wings all you needed was the shield to stabilize the form
Unfortunately they DIDN'T use the same base frame each unit was built by a scientist that helped in the development of the Tallgeese; the first ever MS created and they also designed the Wing ZERO, each scientist then just built an MS based on their own desires/heritage/concept. If u had to go by which scientist designed a specified part of the Wing ZERO the transformation and Twin Buster Rifle tech was done by Dr J.

i love how this model is basically a hybrid of the OG deathscythe and the Ver.Ka with the weapons expansion pack, but massively improved, in addition to even more features and a wing-zero style neo bird mode transformation. its absolutely insane

I would have bought this and been Satisfied. I was looking for a 1/100 Scale Figure of Deathstyhe and settled with trying the MG as my first Gundam model. I might have to get this.
Some of these accessories reminds me of the P-Bandai weapons expansion pack for the MG Wing kits. It’s basically a MG weapons set that’s geared towards the MG Deathsythe Hell EW, MG Shenlong EW, and the MG Tallgeese 2.
Just imagine if they were able to turn this thing into an actual gunpla kit and showed up in Build Fighters or Build Divers, it would be a Menace, Forget Koya Kujo being Champion, just use this thing and have it Unleash HELL.
The only two things I don't like about this are 1: The transformation 2: The purple instead of gray on the body. Other than that, it's pretty impressive
This makes me want an official Batman-themed gunpla, as well as ones for the other big Marvel & DC characters. i mean, Gundam collabs with pretty much everything under the sun and Bandai has produced figures for both Batman and Iron Man before, so it is plausible... I think.

FYI, you can get this version via the MG XXXG-01D Gundam Deathscythe Hell EW and the P-Bandai add on set minus the transformation mode, which honestly, I feel like the Raven Mode/Raven Claw Mode is an unnecessary _feature_ . I think it makes more sense to keep the transformation to XXXG-01W Wing Gundam EW, XXXG-00W0 Wing Gundam Zero EW, and XXXG-00YSW Wing Gundam Snow White Prelude. Speaking of which I hope we get an MG XXXG-01W Wing Gundam EW Ver Ka since the Ver Ka and EW kits we have are quite old. I also hope for an MG XXXG-00YSW Wing Gundam Snow White Prelude which so far happens to have an GFFMC (Gundam Fix Figuration Metal Composite) figure.
The articulation is the negative aspect of fix figuration figures, pretty much the whole thing is in a fixed position making a display piece. Next year I hear there will be another Deathscythe Hell figure called Demonic Transformation, I think. It looks like Duo, literally made a deal with the devil and his Gundam looks insane.

I always hate all the transformation in wing, i just cant unsee the legs… i still see the humanoid parts… the robot part looks amazing tho. I kinda always wanted like a kit bash the old deathscythe chest the one thst looks like a rib cage, to the whole hell kit

When the emitter is popped to the other end for the double scythe, that's the traditional tv version double beam scythe.

I have the GFFMC Char's Zaku I. The articulation is great.

Hey just got my first transforming Gundam. Any Advice? Its the ORX-005 Gaplant TR-5 [Hrairoo] Titans Prototype Mobile Suit from the Universal Century.
I love this deathscythe. Honesyly i always have been a fun of Duo ans deathscythe and getting this action figure it is worth it!

I have some figures right now. Unless you do some wieird stuff like dropping it or scraping two parts together it shouldn’t scratch easily.
