What Happened to the Liquid Fortnite Squad?

In June of 2018, Team Liquid announced the formation of a Fortnite Battle Royale roster. The roster would go on to include Tom “72hrs” Mulligan, Jake “Poach” Brumleve, Ryan “Chap” Chaplo, Noah “Vivid” Wright, among many others.
The team and their achievements in competitive would net them little notoriety compared to the content that came from the creators. With so many memories, let's look at where they ended up.
