Not sure if any of the Trackers Polyend makes have this, but have you checked for sample rate settings on the Tracker? I think iOS forced most of their audio into 48kHz. It sounds like the discrepancy is that the Tracker's going at a different rate (guessing 44.1 or 96). If you can't change it on Tracker, try using a host on iOS that will let you change sample rates (AUM, Audiobus and Drambo all have the ability). Worth a shot if you've not already tried!
