Ever try making mead? I'm working on my first batch of bochet in a five gallon corney keg. The tough part is the fermentation is still going strong at day #29 and a bochet can take 2 years to age out nicely. I'm spicing it with ginger, star anise, and tonka bean.
Ah that sounds epic! Have yet to try my hand at mead but look forward to it. Two years is a long time to wait though. I made a Wee Heavy which was nice but I drank it all after a couple of months whilst it was still green. I found one bottle hidden at the back of the shelf a year later and it was one of the best beers I've ever had. Some things are worth waiting for. Lesson learnt
Back in the dim and distant past when I was still fannying about with individual demijohns, I did make a quite superb rosehip melomel, but it took a bloody long time. It was one of those where you hide a bottle away, rediscover it after five years and wish you’d made multiple gallons. Might give these cinnamon rolls a try, just for me, wife hates the stuff.
@@Canalcoholic If I was preparing for a vacation starting next week, I'd be making the cinnamon rolls. But, every time I get on the scales, it tells me not to.
Phoebe absolutely loved this❤️Delicious. Thank you Ben.
Ah bless her, she'll love them even more fresh out of the oven!
They look amazing
Thanks Rainey, they are so good words can't do them justice!

Lol thanks Jo!
