When I first saw the name Helloween, in Dan's catalog, I didn't want to go there. I was a little scared, I think, that it was going to be just plain weird stuff. Then I saw a reactor (I can't remember who it was) react to Dan's "Amazing Grace," and he said, just kind of quietly, on his exit from the reaction, as he saw that the other picture on the end card was for Helloween's "Dr. Stein" offering, "...oh...that's kind of weird...wonder why THAT song is sort of paired up with Amazing Grace, here..." Then he was gone.
So...THAT challenged me to check it out, and thus was my first time ever, looking into the lyrics, which I now love dearly! That's when I started realizing just how many metal songs (particularly from the 80s), I hadn't listened to, because I was NOT aware of the warnings in the lyrics! If we ALL had been listening to most of them back then, we would have learned a LOT more about a lot of stuff that might just have kept some of the junk from happening that we are now having to fight, tooth and nail. I now officially LOVE Helloween.

Yes! And shame on me for not keeping up with Helloween! But, at least now I can go back in time and catch up with the extra bonus of doing it with you.
