Hi Bill and thanks for reacting to this wonderful band which is still going strong today. Any song from this concert is worthy of a reaction. Another of my favorites is ``Our Solemn Hour. The album The Unforgiven from 2011 is a concept album which has a series of six comic books and 3 short films.

Thanks for doing this. I’ve been a fan since the moment I heard One Step Closer, the first ever CD I ever bought in my life was Hybrid Theory. Linkin Park music helped me through so many phases of life. I was so nervous about hearing Emily. She’s done Chester’s vocals justice. She’s not Chester, but she’s not too dissimilar to make it jarring for people like me who grew up with & had a band who managed to speak their feelings in formative years.

Loved your breakdown of “When the War is Over” I was waiting for you to cover John Farnham! I hope you enjoy your foray into Australian music. The way that Geoff has done this reminds me of a lot of the the themes for both video games and movies. There’s something really all out cinematic and the way he’s done it. I could see this in a video game with all the warriors in a winter setting getting ready to go fight for their lives. This kind of reminds me of that feeling I get when he did his cover of I See Fire: armies getting ready to go into battle. I can definitely see them changing “ding dong” to “bang boom” and replacing “Christmas is here” with “the battle is here”. It would totally work! The cover art is so on point that I wonder if he saw the picture and decided to cover it the way he did or if he recorded it and then painstakingly looked for just the right image.

Chisel came to the US in the 1970's , unfortunately the record companies wanted to change everything about them if they were going to sign them up. Obviously they said no, take us as well are or don't record companies didn't like the answer do they came home. They wrote a song about it, it's called you've got nothing I want should check out if you have a mind to.

I just love the Long Pond Studio Sessions. It really showcases her talent and creativity. We know that’s about Scott Borschetta and his affairs that Taylor talks about in “Vigilante Shit”. She went to the FBI to tell them what she knew about his white crimes. They did investigate him, too. She’s not all talk; she takes action when she needs to.

There is a recording of him and Lisa live, singing “Angels” - This vid showcases his voice of course but his comedic ability as well. All round Legend and it will be a poorer world when he goes. I hope he lives to 150, so he can see just how much he is loved, respected and admired.

Thanks for this reaction to Geoff's epic Christmas release. I have run out of superlatives! A five octave vocal range is a powerful thing. I enjoy the way Geoff arranges music nearly as much as his vocals. Judging by his album art, the Geoffquakes did some damage!

I think Kathy chose the color scheme to reflect the Ukraine origins of the song. The room was empty, and they brought in all of the scenery. I love that people have described this as a dragon chorus singing in a cathedral.
