The dlc part was super helpful on Rainbow Six Siege because the Ultra settings DLC is 27gb and probably 70% of the players don't go higher than high settings

I like that they finally came around to polish the UI but i dont like that they flatout removed the skin option for the steam client, since i dont like all of their changes

actually that's subjective. Apex does not run better or worse on any of those clients. From my subjective perspective Apex had more connection issues with with Origin than with Steam. Also the downloads are 10x faster.
Alot, and I mean a lot of these options aren't making a difference. for example, hardware acceleration is only applied upon request. You're not just accelerating graphics that ARENT happening. Some games function better in fullscreen, especially ones with age. Steam browser works for a quick google search in some of those cases, not accelerating it through hardware actually causes your machine to work HARDER to load certain web elements by hitting CPU with tasks a GPU could complete exponentially quicker, Bogging your system down much more. And in cases where you're just NEVER using steam browser. Toggling that off isnt saving you anything anyway. You're not gaining much, if anything with those settings off.

Do the whokeys windows OEM activation key thing actually work? I’ve had a watermark on mine for about a year now and don’t exactly wanna pay $200 to remove it
