Question on police character certificate from a foreign country#
Hi dear I worked in a foreign country while I was 30 years old.Now I m 73 years old and submitted my immigrant visa application on form ds 260.on the basis of the address nvc has listed to upload a police certificate from this foreign country as well in addition to my native country.what should I do now don’t know whether can get a police certificate from a foreign country or not.should I say that it is not available and what should I tell in the comment section.ca I get a dq without this pcc.?

@@allthingsshanti918 Spouses of U.S. citizens are considered immediate relatives so there is not a category of the visa bulletin because there is no statutory cap on the limits of visas available.
