Molly Shannon should be starring in the same level of movies and series as Will Ferrell, if not more so. She is fucking TALENTED and hilarious!
And, she doesn’t even struggle. You would think MCG is real as flesh and blood. Shannon brings her to life so well! No one else could ever pull her off as Molly Shannon!
These skits are the best. Molly Shannon's unhinged performance steals it.
I thought Gwyneth Paltrow added a lot to the skit as well.

This SNL show with Gwyneth Paltrow changed totally my point of view of her. I never liked her before but after seeing her in those SNL skits, I saw how funny she can be. She should do more comedy. Anyways, thanks to SNL, I am not any longer avoiding watching one of miss GP's movies

No one on Saturday Night Live these days has a memorable character like this or had the comedic abilities as Molly. SNL is more focused on diversity (which isn’t a bad thing, but they’ve always had diversity and still had a cast full of talent) rather than talent and have gone down the leftist route where nearly everything has to have a biased political undertone, and they’re afraid of offending certain people.
Soooo SNL is less funny because they are hiring more diverse cast members rather than funny ones? Thats definitely a new one. And SNL has never been that diverse with casting
@@tbam73 I’m all for diversity but it’s supposed to be a funny show, so I would say hiring people who are funny should come before their gender, color, or sexuality.
They have a diverse cast now that's also talented. SNL has always taken shots at both parties across the aisle regardless of decade. The right only complains when their own is made fun of. They don't complain when SNL pokes fun at "wokeness."
