The Cryptomatte comes shipped with Nuke now and the other python modules with the Freebies is outdated (I believe the original was written in Python 2) and Nuke can't load them. Complaining about missing ( with the print methods

I copied init.py and 'rebelway_gizmo_pack' folder into my .nuke file and then when i open nuke, im getting syntax error. it says
print "crytomatte : invalid sidecar path ( back-slashes not allowed) : " ,side car_path
SyntaxError: invalid syntax
could you please help me with this.?
