Simply google golden rings and just copy paste the image in your Photoshop file.

Really depends on a lot of things. Make sure your layer blending mode is set to color.

If my gold is too dark is there a way to lighten it?
Sure, you can use the adjustment layers found in the lower right corner, looks like a half colored circle. just click Exposure or Brightness/Contrast

I currently don't work for such jobs, I would recommend finding someone on UpWork or Toptal.
