The Jacket issue.. 🤔 don't believe for one minute it was his put on shop floor in error, for one on the Vid he didn't look like a size XXL. Charity shop staff get massive discounts off the shop items, I think he liked it for his self and thought Very Nice Jkt for £20 less staff discount..

I had another conclusion he knew who the luxury pickers were, decided if they were going to buy it their was profit in it and wanted to sell it for himself so their fore he was thinking it was his jacket noone elses. I'm a cynic, It sounded dodgy, he knew their was another jacket their to, and he's been trying to find it..err try searching in jackets mate, I would of reported it but im a bitter ole girl now haha
I guess we will never know but something was a bit strange either way! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

The jacket sounds very weird but weird enough to be true. By law the store do not need to sell anything though. When both parties agree to a transaction then its a sale but if one says no then there is no obligation. But they do need to remove it for sale as you said (or always used to have to). Not idea the time period it has to be off sale, so no one has to sell if they change their mind even if they have it up for sale.
Yay a Libra! I have the le creuset pans stainless ones. I love them. We popped them on our wedding list 😆 I definitely know how expensive they are!

I think that guy was being a bit iffy with the jacket, seems he wanted it for himself. If it was his why hadn't he go e through the rail, surely that's the first place you'd look.
Guess you have to give him benefit of the doubt though. Plus I remember you saw what seemed to be someone's Jumper in tk maxx that had been priced up so I guess it can happen.
