I can’t say this enough- this is the best basketball content out there today!…. Friga’s channel is what basketball, not just streetball but basketball, is supposed to be. I can’t count how many times I use his videos to show my 9 year old how to play offense and defense. How to use your body and the hoop to protect your shot and to move your feet and body on defense. Friga’s footwork and handwork on defense against Hezi was absolutely outstanding. I am just so impressed with his content. Keep it up!!! Because when my three year old gets old enough - I’ll start showing him your videos too!
