How to change Bushings on your front loader - Quicke

  • Service Bushings and Pins: To avoid abnormal wear that could cause expensive damage to pins and other parts in your loader it is important that Bushings are in a good shape. Our Bushings are designed for optimal interface with the pins.
    With simple tools you could easily replace Bushings on your loader.
    Tools needed:
    • Hammer
    • Phillips screwdriver (Important! Sharp edge is the key)
    • Use the loader Pin to guide the Bushing in place

    Hello, I need to replace all bushings and pins on my trima 480 are there any kit for that?

    Hi, I need to replace mine so will do all while I'm at it; how many bushes are in the Q950?

      Hello Andrew,
      For your Q950 you will need 48 bushings. If you contact your Quicke dealer, ask for kit no 4500015, it contains the bushings you need for your loader.

    Is this method the same for old loaders like the Q950

      Yes, this method works for the Q900 series
