It's quite easy to set up one of the buttons on the Cendence S to switch between FPV view and the second camera.

we just purchased the 210 v2 sept 2019 and there is an icon on the screen that will reset camera orientation to forward facing instantly, also in the menu settings for gimbal position 2 you can select either the Zenmuse Xt2 or POV camera without removing the Zenmuse from the gimbals

Yes in the DJI Pilot app there is a whole separate section for automated flights. We were in the manual flight section in this video.

I tried to use the mission flight system and all it will say is"Coming Soon" I have not been able to find a way to do automated flights.
