This series is full of episodes that a parent killed the other parent (both mothers and fathers) while there were small or school age children living at home. More often that not it was either for insurance money or to get full custody of the children as to them divorce wasn't an option due to child support or limited visitation rights among other reasons.

Dr. Lee may be a brilliant scientist, but if you read his entire history, he is about as shady as it gets. In July of last year, Lee was found to a fabricated evidence that sent two teens to prison for 30 years. The teens were released from prison and he could be held liable in the case. That is one example of many where his practices have been unethical.

But again killing a pregnant woman is just wow, some are beyond heartless

How fickel the jurors were. When it was apparent that the killer tried to disguise the TIME OF DEATH they still insisted to hear it again. That means they despised the crucial testimony of the 9-year-old proving he was lying when he phoned her from the friend's home. No matter your IQ or intelligence the BLOOD of victims always cries for justice and speaks long after one is dead and buried. I thank God for science but I also thank God for justice and judgment to follow.

If I was hooked up to a polygraph and you asked me if I was a jellyfish named Siobhan who spoke fluent Mongolian and was on the 1990s Olympic USA Dream Team, and I truthfully said, "no", I more than likely would fail said polygraph. My nerves/anxiety would be off the charts just from being interrogated let alone from being hooked up to the machine, being a potential suspect in a crime, etc. So, point being, as we all know: polygraphs are not very reliable.

🤣 But don't worry, they can (mostly) tell differences in your answers by asking basic questions like "does your name is Jim?" and "do you have a driving license?" and some results are considered as 'inconclusive' (like in this particular case) anyway.

So if had not tried so hard to outsmart the police... 1) he did not make the phone call from his friend's house. 2) he did not try to show what a devoted little husband he was and call his wife from the boat 3) if he did not send a friend to check on her..... he may have got away with it. He could simply have got home from the trip / turned the air con to heat to bring the room back as quickly as possible to normal temperature and then called the police - it may have worked.....

Intelligence often does something bad and weird: it questions morality and sees it as a negative attribute of the human mind. But that is nothing but intelligence turning into stupidity.
