Leave a like for Janemba! Hope this helps! Also did a bit more labbing. For the corner combo at 1:20, you can get about 80 more damage if after the 236M, you microdash forward into 5LL 2M 5M 5H - superdash - jMLL jLL j2H jS j2M. The only difference this has to what I have already is adding the microdash 5LL after 236M, instead of going directly into 2M. This results in 4865 damage instead of the 4787 I've shown.
@@surgecentral05 Lol, yea I kinda do that too..but still Janemba's Hell is...too unique. A purple world with a colorful floating jelly bean XD. That was one of the thing that is original come out from DB franchise.
Just for whoever is interested, using a kid buu assist in mix with the double ki barrage is a good way to keep your opponent locked down, and you can teleport backwards if you don't land a hit to combo. 👌
i know this guides really old, but if you ever update it heres a few things to consider: you dont need to superdash in the basic midscreen combos, after j2H you can 236S9 into jML jLL j2H, then jS. from there you can vanish, SD jML jLL jH jS (4) j2M, or just do j2M and then super if you have bar. if you try to do the midscreen combos in the corner you can do the same thing with teleport, after j2H in the corner do 236S9 if you're on the left, and 236S7 on the right. (as in side of the screen you're on) from there same thing as above, but you can do both level 1 supers after if you dont vanish.
Janemba plays good I like the way he plays the little green ball that shoots from his mouth could have been better and faster tho and his stretchy arm grab could have been better like almost just as good as GT Kid Goku power pole
I prefer him point or mid since his mix-ups typically require assists to cover. Also his assist is pretty situational so it's not the best. Glad it helped thanks for the feedback!
Glad it helped! From what I've played so far I would say he's definitely not S tier. I'd say probably A or B tier. Super fun to play and some unique mix-ups (with help from assists), but he has some problems with his normals, and his assist is pretty situational (not necessarily bad, just only useful in certain cases). This is just my opinion though feel free to disagree!
Fucking loved this combo guide , thanks a lot , my janemba on point has some extreme damage whit cell on mid and goku ssj anchor . Keep it up , would love to see a blockstring video whit Janemba's moves and assist .
As someone who doesn't really play fighting games, I wish this game wasn't so difficult to learn. I feel like I need a tutor. These combos look so cool but I just know I can't execute them in game.
It's not to hard trust me this game is a more begginer friendly fighting game since it has auto combos and such other fighting games like blazblue ans Street fighter don't
Yes this game is actually a great way to learn fighters, this was my first exposure to a fighting game. It seems like a lot at first, but you start with simple combos and learn characters you like, and just keep working at it! The inputs are pretty simple which is nice.
Combos in this game arent very difficult, it just looks overwhelming because youre new. All you need to do is learn the annotations and get the muscle memory.
100% its easier then marvel vs capcom 3 that game wants your firstborn an arm and a leg and your soul just for one combo meanwhile this game ask for less im at majin lvl and i dont know many combos but i know a lil enough to keep me up lol
Keep practicing and look over some beginning tips and tricks videos here on youtube. This game isn't that hard to learn. yes there is more depth to it than just mashing but to simply be decent it's a very beginner friendly game.
The timing may vary depending on the height they are at. Input 5LL immediately after the microdash. I occasionally miss it too, just gotta get used to the timing and spacing
@@ismaeldiaz1805 yepp thats exactly what im doing all that matters from this video truly is the combo with the lvl3 in the air and the sparking already learned the 5k one

It's doesn't feel right having Janemba without his Hell stage. Man FighterZ need more DLC stages as well
Holy fuck i forgot about the hell place
Totally agree
Agreed
I use planet namek destroyed to get the same feel as hell

Ah yes. A fellow Bardock and Goku Black user. What synergy.

Dude you can combo in a double goku assist corner loop with Janemba's demon slash and it's beautiful
Thank you !!!
Happy to help!
To maximize that damage in the air vanish into ki blast into lvl3
Can we considered janemba like a point, middle or anchor ?
Thank you for this guide, most of the combo in this video have helped

I go with point Janemba, with a Goku Black Assist and a Piccolo Anchor
Thank you
It's gonna take a minute for me to get these down but thanks
Also how would you rank Janemba on a tier list right now?

@@BananasFinest Thank you!
Fun tip, janembas assist is the best thing to ever happen to Zamasu. So many confirms + easy mid screen blades of judgment mixups
Same with 21, i don't understand why people would call this situational assist trash
really??? upload pls
Can Janemba also do Bardock sparking loop combo?
I tried unsuccessfully to do this. It could be possible and maybe I'm just too dumb to figure it out haha. But I did try
@@BananasFinest Thats counts for something. : )
Just watched Rooflemongers video, he can do sparking loops! They're a little different but same general idea. Go check it out if you haven't already
@@BananasFinest i have and they look somewhat easier to do.
Yes
Notations got me feeling dyslexic
L means square, M means medium, H means circle, S means special which is X, and "jL" means hit square in the air

Yup!
BananasFinest for ps4 too?

U need to wait a few more hours in pc (in steam the dlc allways come later than in consoles)
This was on Xbox
Why is there two sparking?
I accidentally had that setting on in training mode and forgot to take it off woops 😂
It doesn't affect the combo at all don't worry
