- For my old band's last gig at Stanford we decided to play an all-covers set. It took place in White Plaza and coincided with the annual "Spring Fair" event that year. Much thanks to everyone who supported Crooked Mile throughout the years and to everyone who came out to this final gig, it meant a lot to us. Enjoy this classic Maiden track - plenty of terrific harmonies and melodic soloing.

I did I saw the whole gig this midday, only sad thing was with hallowed be thy name that the amp from the other guitarist was soft in volume so that the solo could not reach above the surrounding sounds from the drums bass and ofcourse you. You nailed the solo's man!
Magnificient does not begin to describe it. This is one of the most difficult guitarbased songs from the KINGS of the genre and you guys, all of you, performed it better than than even the "cast" of : StephLeGratteux. If Im rigth ....expect to be´atleast there soon.

Just glad we could do the song justice. I remember seeing them play this live at Ozzfest in 2003 or 2004 and it just blew my mind. Mm I think for this gig it was just the Amp Distortion + Tube Screamer with the gain set to zero and the level set to max. I also used a Seymour Duncan Pickup Booster to increase the volume during leads. Any delay or chorus was just the amp's onboard settings.
Actually I screw up in that part of the vid haha, I start playing a part too early and the rest of the band is playing something else. =P
