@@TheLoversPassport yup, that is actually very mild winter :) I remember winters -30 and was throwing rubbish just in shorts and t-shirt :) Still going to school, even with burst pipes and no heating. Was seating in classroom in jackets, hats and gloves :) Good old 90ties :) -15 starting to be cold, and then you really need to layer up. When it comes to -30 shouldn't expose any part of the body really as it is very easy to get a frostbite.
