NASA used these types of vibration plates to help their astronauts rebuild their bones after they spent extended time in space. When I looked at the research, I was sold on it! I bought one and just needed some ideas on how to change up my routine. Already feeling stronger and am looking forward to my next bone density and future CT scans. ❤Thank you Thank you Thank you!

This is definitely a game changer for me. No more burning workouts, this gets a lot done in such a short amount of time. I hope you make more like this.
This 70 year old is loving this workout .Let me state I don't like exercise (I abhor sweating LOL) but Ic 10 minutes is doable!!! I do your #1 on one day, and #2 on the next.

I was a bit diwn on my wobbliness, but having seen some fitter and younger and stronger struggle Im back to fheering myself along 😊

Thanks for the new workout. I’ve been doing your 1st one almost daily and it is really helping with joint mobility. I’m on an estrogen blocker for breast cancer and I am so stiff. It’s helped greatly. Just tried this new workout and boy what a challenge. Will keep at it. Thanks so much!
Dizziness is cause by your balance centre your vestibular you need to address the vision and balance to fix that. This might not agree with your dizziness

Yes I love that your enjoying the movement and it’s as effective as 45min because we activate so much of the brain doing it

Okay, imma be open-minded about the vibration plate. That is hard cuz i think it is a fad. But, i trust YOU.
Not a fad they use them in NASA as a circulation training tool give it a go. Open minded is the best way to be well done

NASA has shown it can build bone if you use a vibration plate (or at least keep bone from breaking down and becoming osteoporotic).
