Does it matter which vibration plate we have? I got a Merach plate this week, and I wonder if it's as intensive as some brands I've seen. Regardless, I'll start your routine as soon as possible. Thank you!

Do you have side abs, ab and lower ab workouts while on the vibration plate?
So glad I found this channel, i have had the board since 12/23 and used it sporadically but really started last week just getting on it and standing. Bored to tears. I did a search and found this and it definitely motivated me and gave me a routine to challenge me. I am 67, in decent shape, but I did make the mistake of getting on this puppy, cranking it to level 10 for 10 mins and it kicked my butt. I could barely move for a couple of days, but I stuck to it, however I did reduce my level down to 5.
67 year old here, loving your vibration plate exercises! I didn't have tennis balls, so my husband suggested using bean bags. Though they don't bounce, 😊, they give my brain quite enough to do, squatting and juggling, tossing up and down. Maybe someday I'll graduate to tennis balls, but i feel like i have "permission" to do what works for me now! Thank you!

This reminds me of the ladies in the past who stood on a platform, similar to our treadmills, but they had a large rubber band type thing that wrapped around their mid-section and it vibrated their whole body.

Hello. Just came across your video and hope you don't mind me asking you a question. I do have a vibration plate from LifePro Turbo 3D and have just been standing on it for the vibration benefits. Recently I was diagnosed with cellulitis ( aka skin infection) on my lower right leg. It was very red, swollen and painful. Have been on antibiotics for the infection but I am now in a in between stage of the cellulitis to possible venous insufficiency. Have to follow up with a venous surgeon to see what they think is going on. Besides that I am trying to help myself at home with getting the swelling down in my leg with platform, icing , compression stockings and elevating my legs. I apologize for all that detail but wondering if you the routine did here in this video would possibly help in my circumstances. Appreciate your time and any tips/suggestions you might have. I just purchased a vibration machine, which will arrive on Wednesday, August 28th. I'm looking forward to doing this to supplement my daily walking. I've been on a weight loss journey since the end of April. I've lost 28lbs with lots more to go. I'll keep you posted 🙂

I’m 65 and just got my plate 5 weeks ago. I’m on it for 15 minutes twice a day. I had previously lost 50 lbs and have a lot of loose, flabby skin so I’m hopeful this will help tone me up. Love this workout and the encouragement.

Just found your channel, I have one now, been diagnosed with some chronic illnesses and moving hurts every where all the time. Going to start with this and hopefully have some improvement, medications haven’t worked so fingers crossed
Remember to start slowly. Don’t rush yourself, your body may takes some time to adjust.
Had a stroke, recovering this past year. One of my doctors told me to do this! But didn't explain the rationale. ❤
