You should get your facts right. They are blowing engines towing and with 0W20 oil that is factory from Toyota. When you should have at least a 5W30 oil in those conditions especially with a GCM upgrade.
Dealers not putting in the correct oil. 5-30 minimum is what 300s need for aus. 10-40 is ideal and what judt Autos use is what i understand. Toyota too piss weak to admit their wrongs because they need to meet BS emmmsiona economy standards.
