i'm so guilty of doing that. just sit on the couch or lay in my bed all day and then i can't motivate myself to get up and get stuff done. or if i do get up, i start driving around and don't get anything on my to-do list done. but since moving into my new house, i'm trying to change that. this video came at the right time
I find it easier to have 1 task to focus on, dishwasher for me, to do in the morning or start of your day. That's sets a path for a more productive day, not always! But if you are having a regular emotion/mood day it definitely helps ☺️ and if it doesn't help, then at least you did the dishwasher right?

I am exactly the same way! If something doesn’t go right in my day I feel like I throw the rest of the day. Even today! Right now I am procrastinating doing my pharmacology work, but I have decided that even if I get just a little bit of the work done it’s better than nothing and it is worth trying!

Also Cass from the channel Clutterbug mentioned just spending 5 minutes on a task in her most recent video!

This is my favourite video you have ever made. My therapist really helped me understand this behaviour. I used to be the biggest b*tch if I woke up past 10 because I felt so unproductive and lazy. Turns out it was guilt behaviour thanks to my childhood. We live and we learn and we self improve

I feel myself judge him but its only because I’m projecting the behaviour I grew up with! Therapy is so important for even the little influences from growing up
@@CarterSullivan set an alarm for 10 minute clean as much as you can in the kitchen for example, set an alarm for 10=minutes and do emails, set alarm for 10 more minutes and tackle a drawer then move on. set 30 minutes and watch a show etc……and then do it all over again

I have been watching for awhile and I never knew you collected Great Gatsby books. I also do that! I never knew anyone else who did that. It's honestly my favorite book and all the versions of the book- stacked up in my living room just looks so beautiful to me.

Write a to do list the night before set alarms and break times and have a great day
